The challenge

12 store-leadership roles to fill in a quarter, with one talent partner already at full capacity.

The team had a Q3 hiring plan with 12 openings across store managers, assistant managers, and regional supervisors tied to new openings in three provinces. The single in-house talent partner was already drowning in volume, time-to-fill had crept past 70 days, and job boards were producing mostly unqualified applicants. The approach

Sourcify embedded a parallel sourcing engine alongside the internal team in 5 days.
