The challenge

9 healthcare roles to fill in a tight talent market, with no in-house recruiter and a 4-month average time-to-hire blocking two new clinic openings.

The clinic network had never built a recruiting function. With no in-house recruiter and a 4-month time-to-hire on niche healthcare roles, two new clinic openings were stuck waiting for staffing. Local job boards were producing mostly unqualified or unavailable applicants, and headhunter retainers on healthcare roles would have eaten 40% of project margins. Hiring more recruiters wasn't viable for a company this size.

The approach

Sourcify ran the entire sourcing motion for the network's first dedicated hiring push, with the founders staying focused on patient care.

We started with a 60-minute intake on each role to map the credentials, type of clinical work, and target compensation. Within 24 hours, we delivered shortlists for the first three roles.
