What exactly does Sourcify do?

Sourcify is a sourcing-as-a-service partner for hiring teams and recruitment agencies. We deliver calibrated candidate shortlists in 24 hours, run personalized outreach on your behalf using our own infrastructure (no InMails), and book interviews directly in your team's calendar. We do not interview, evaluate, negotiate, or close. That stays with your team, where it belongs.

What types of companies do you work with?

Two main profiles, across every industry. First, in-house hiring teams in companies ranging from 50 to 20,000+ employees that need to fill roles faster than their internal recruiters can source alone. Second, recruitment and executive search agencies that want to multiply their team's output without hiring more recruiters or burning budget on InMails. We do not specialize in any single sector. We work across retail, hospitality, healthcare, manufacturing, accounting and finance, construction, professional services, technology, education, energy, transportation, marketing, real estate, legal, non-profit, and any other industry. If the role exists, we can source for it.

How is Sourcify different from a recruitment agency or headhunter?

Headhunters and contingency agencies charge per placement, usually 18 to 30% of the candidate's salary. They handle the full hiring cycle and disappear once the role is filled. Sourcify is a flat monthly subscription with no placement fees, no per-hire fees, and no per-message fees. We focus exclusively on the part that takes most of your recruiters' time, sourcing and outreach, and we hand off engaged candidates ready to interview. Your team keeps full control of evaluation, references, negotiation, and closing.

Who on our team would work with Sourcify?

Whoever owns hiring on your side. For most clients, that's the head of talent, the head of people, or the lead recruiter. For agencies, it's the partner or director of recruitment. The kickoff is a 60-minute structured intake with the hiring decision-makers. After that, weekly calibration takes 15 to 20 minutes.
