The challenge

18 hospitality roles to fill before peak season, with one in-house recruiter already stretched thin and local applicant pools running dry.

The group had a six-month plan to open two new properties and needed 18 hires across hotel operations, F&B leadership, housekeeping management, and front-desk supervisors. Their single in-house recruiter was running every search alone, time-to-fill was creeping past 55 days, and traditional job boards were producing mostly unqualified applicants. Bringing in a second recruiter would have taken months to ramp, and headhunter retainers on niche hospitality roles would have eaten the entire hiring budget on five hires.

The approach

Sourcify embedded a parallel sourcing engine alongside the in-house recruiter in 4 days.
