The challenge
18 hospitality roles to fill before peak season, with one in-house recruiter already stretched thin and local applicant pools running dry.
The group had a six-month plan to open two new properties and needed 18 hires across hotel operations, F&B leadership, housekeeping management, and front-desk supervisors. The approach
